Why Durham?

When asked, “Why live in Durham?” real estate agent Courtney James can talk about the city's attributes for as long as you are willing to listen. She loves Durham so much, in fact, that she convinced all three of her siblings to move here. Her enthusiasm for the walkable neighborhoods, reenergized downtown, and local businesses inspired her to create Urban Durham Realty.

Courtney, the Broker-in-Charge and Managing Partner of Urban Durham Realty, is a certified Home Stager and EcoBroker. Since founding the company in 2009, her vision has been to run an innovative business that would be equally as invested in the Durham community as it is in its clients.
